Bonnie Kawchuk, Ed.M., PCC
Women’s Leadership Coach and Founder of The Leading Voice, Bonnie Kawchuk, Ed.M. is redefining how we understand women’s experience in the workplace. She is known for her capacity to address complexity and her ability to support leaders to sustain behavioral change. With more than 15 years of international training and coaching experience, Bonnie has coached professionals at all stages of their careers—team leads to chief executives of Fortune 10 and Global 500 companies in 23 countries. In addition to working with organizations such as Amer Sports, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Mitel, Nokia, Nokia-Siemens, Inter-American Development Bank, JLL, The Nature Conservancy, Genzyme, The World Bank, Visa, Wildlife Conservation Society, Human Genome Sciences and DAI, she has designed and taught leadership and management programs at Harvard University and Cornell University.
Bonnie partners and supports leaders through a broad spectrum of leadership challenges and has expertise in the complexity of change, communication and defining a professional voice, executive presence, next-level transition coaching, intercultural management, and overcoming hidden resistance to change.
Prior to launching The Leading Voice, Bonnie was Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of the Boston Landmarks Orchestra. Drawing on years of innovation in education and leadership development, she is the Chair of the Harvard Women in Leadership Dialogue at the Harvard Club of DC, Past President of Girl’s LEAP (Lifetime Empowerment and Awareness Program) and Advisory Board Member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research).
She is certified with the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and Harvard University in leadership and adult development.
In addition to coaching, Bonnie is an entertaining and thought-provoking keynote speaker and a licensed Immunity to Change facilitator.
